World Wildlife Fund-Canada and Horizon & Co have put together an exclusive program for travellers interested in nature and the work of the WWF-Canada. A team of seasoned travel planners at Horizon & Co have worked hard to put together fabulous itineraries, accommodation arrangements, site visits and events for each of these very special trips. The idea is to immerse travellers in authentic and participatory experiences as a means of deepening their understanding of nature, local culture and local traditions.

WWF–Canada resource staff and other knowledgeable local guides will be there to connect travellers with the natural world. Not only will participants enjoy the splendor of nature, they will learn about the local and regional issues surrounding wildlife and their habitats.

And, the trip durations range from weekend get-a-ways within Canada to elaborate excursions abroad. Here is a sampling of the 2007 travel calendar for these exciting trips:

July 14–20: Newfoundland
July 20–22 & August 17–19: Vancouver (bears and whales)
August 10–12 & 24–26: Montreal (whale watching)
